The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information from the public on a nearly two-year-old missing persons case.

Sheriff’s officials said Corey Tahj Kelly, 19, has been missing since September 11, 2017, from 8181 Windsor Hill Boulevard in North Charleston.

Kelly's sister told DCSO officials she last heard from him around 10 p.m. that night. Kelly's family also told deputies he's never been gone this long without talking to his sister or mom.

According to DCSO, Kelly does have past reports of psychiatric problems and drug abuse.

Kelly is described as a 6-foot black male, weighing about 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on both arms.

Kelly has been entered into NCIC as missing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office at 843-873-5111.
