Zebulon A. Wright, 46, of Charleston was charged with felony DUI involving death and reckless homicide, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

According to Dorchester County Coroner Paul Brouthers, Alivia Watson was thrown from the vehicle she was riding in and died at Trident Medical Center about an hour after she was transported from the scene.
