Rosa Ann Harley.
Description: White female, 5 feet 6 inches 165 pounds
Last known address: 1531 Central Ave.
Details: Harley faces charges of felony shoplifting of less than $2,000 related to an events on July 14 and July 24 as a retail store at 1317 N. Main St. in Summerville.
According to a report from the Summerville Police Department the suspect took $510 worth of merchandise from the story on July 14.
She also carried away items totaling $540 on July 24. Police stated that on both occasions the suspect and another person were captured on in-store video going through the self-checkout.
The woman swiped her card, to make it appear as if she paid for the items then exited the store.
Harley was convicted of shoplifting charges on Sept, 16, 2015 in Charleston County.
Louis Lanvon Rivers
Description: Black Male, five feet nine inches, 150 pounds
Last known address: 201 Westbrooke Road, Summerville.
Details: Rivers faces a charge of stalking related to incidents between Aug. 10 and Aug. 15.
According to a report provided by Summerville Police, the suspect “did engage in a pattern of conduct that served no legitimate purpose, intended to cause and did cause the victim to fear criminal sexual contact on the the victim.
The police report stated the the victim filed two police reports in reference to harassment.
The victim, also told police the suspect pled guilty to criminal sexual conduct in the third degree against her and has been stalking her at her place of work.
The report states that the woman told police that she saw the suspect at her place of work staring at her and following her around.
The suspect was also captured on the workplace video surveillance.
The report states the the video shows the suspect approaching the woman at her workplace before the woman retreated an the restrooms.
The defendant then followed her to the restroom, according to the report.
