Name: Josef William Thomas Galligan
Description: White mail, 5 feet, 9 inches, 155 pounds.
Last known address: 9009 Robins Nest Way, Summerville.
Details: Galligan faces charges of larceny/failure to return objects valued at $10,000 or more related to an Aug. 13 incident at a local home improvement store. According to a police report proved by Summerville Police, a man failed to return a 2017 Ford F250 valued at $43,631 on the agreed date. The man told police that he rented the truck for another man with the understanding that the second man was going to return the truck.
Name: Tege Lamont Pettus.
Description: Black male, 5 feet, 9 inches, 140 pounds.
Last known address: 111 Jedi Lane, Summerville.
Details: Pettus faces charges of possession of a stolen firearm related an incident on Sept. 19. According to Summerville Police a man “did willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have in his possession a loaded 40 caliber Smith and Wesson SW40E handgun that was reported stolen by the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office. Police said the weapon was located by Summerville Narcotics Vice Unit after executing a search warrant at the man’s address. Officers found the gun in a bathroom closet under towels.
