Name: Michael Channing Moses
Description: Black male, 5 feet, 5 inches, 200 pounds
Last known address: 5140 Cannery Road
Details: Moses is wanted on a charge of shoplifting related to an incident on October 21 in the 400 block of Azalea Sware Boulevard. According to Summerville Police, a man took merchandise totaling 4,500. Security cameras show an employee helping the man as he looks at jewelry. The video shows the man holding the jewelry then quickly fleeing the store with the jewelry. SLED investigators used facial recognition technology, as well as the testimony of witnesses, to help identify the suspect.
Name: Elmer Adam Cooper
Description: White male, 5 feet, 11 inches, 160 pounds
Last known address: 1632 Marietta St., North Charleston.
Details: Cooper is wanted on a charge of first degree domestic violence related to a Nov. 22 incident in the 100 block of Laird Court. According to Summerville Police. A man entered the residence during daytime hours with the intent to commit the crime of domestic violence by assaulting a woman in the presence of a child and then taking the woman’s phone to prevent her from calling police. Police arrived after a report of a disturbance at the address. When they arrived, the woman said the man grabbed her by the neck and hit her with his fist. The woman was later observed with an injury to her head.
