Villacreses, Robbins exchange vows

Camila Villacreses and Bryce Robbins

Camila Francisca Villacreses of Quito, Ecuador, and Robert Bryce Robbins of Summerville, SC, were joined in marriage on May 27, 2017, at Cottage on the Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Jean Pierre Poisson officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Birmania R. Cobo and Marcos Santiago Villacreses from Ecuador and granddaughter of Juan Jose Cobo and Birmania B. Cobo from Ecuador and Marcos Rene Villacreses and the late Maria Teresa Villacreses from Ecuador. She graduated from Summerville High School in 2013 and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2017. She is currently a student at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine.

The groom is the son of Robert Douglas Robbins and Mary Bryce Robbins from Summerville, SC, and grandson of Frances Herbert LaRoche and Tom Bailey LaRoche from Johns Island, SC, and Nancy Moorer Robbins and Douglas Woodrow Robbins from St. George, SC. He graduated from Summerville High School in 2013 and the University of South Carolina in 2017. He is currently a student at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine.

The bride was given away by her father, Marcos Villacreses. She was attended by maid of honor Kelsey Barrineau and bridesmaids Asia Johnson, Brissa Kolba, Claudia Salazar, Delia Juliana, Isabel Hakala, and Lena Robbins.

The groom’s best man was his father, Robby Robbins. His groomsmen were Grant Wactor, Jake Taylor, Mateo Villacreses, Michael Goyda, Rock Savage, Sean Dudley, and Walker Hagan.

The ring bearer was Camden Hakala.

After a honeymoon in Sandals Resort in Jamaica, the couple will reside in Charleston.
