Business in the 'Ville: businesses opening soon in Nexton Square

Parker’s Kitchen recently opened a new store at 1107 Cane Bay Boulevard. The award-winning convenience and food service company has multiple locations across coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry. The Cane Bay store is the company’s 60th store and its second location in Summerville. The new Summerville store is the fourth Charleston-area Parker’s Kitchen location and is part of a $50 million investment by the company. Additional stores opening this year in the metro Charleston area will be located in North Charleston, Moncks Corner and West Ashley.

Millie Lewis Model Agency recently celebrated its 40th anniversary with a ribbon cutting event at its office in downtown Summerville, 217 South Cedar Street Suite B. The agency offers representation for trained and experienced models/actors seeking work in the Southeast. Advanced and professional modeling/acting programs are also available.

All Safe Storage will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Nov. 5 at 1080 Orangeburg Road in Summerville. The brand-new storage facility offers a range of storage solutions, everything from small 5x5 storage units to 10x40 vehicle and RV storage solutions, with 7 days a week access.

D’Allesandro’s Pizza coming to Nexton Square in January. The popular locally-owned pizza restaurant will join other businesses in the Nexton Square shopping center located at 414 Nexton Square Drive. Known for its gourmet pizza, calzones, salads and caljoes, D’Allesandro’s has locations in Charleston and Greenville.
